Abstract

In this panel, we discuss and debate how we can improve diversity and inclusion in the software engineering research community. ICSE has a long history of trying to improve diversity and inclusion, but despite that, we have a long way to go. Our panelists will present ideas that we will then debate and discuss with other members of the community.
